How old must I be to live at MMH?
Most women are between the ages of 18-24. However, considerations are made based on circumstances.

How many women stay at one time?
MMH provides housing for up to 6 young women.

How far along in my pregnancy do I need to be before I can come?
MMH welcomes you at any month of pregnancy.

How much does it cost?
There is no charge to live at MMH.

If I already have a child, can my child stay with me?
MMH is designed to care for women and infants only. We cannot accommodate children.

How long can I stay?
Every woman's stay varies...most women stay until they have safe, permanent housing. During your stay you will make plans for permanent living arrangements after your baby's birth.

Can I have visitors?
Yes, after you have had 2 weeks to acclimate to your new home.

If I come, will anyone pressure me towards adoption?
No. You will be given information on parenting and adoption, but the decision for parenting or making an adoption plan is one only you can make.

If I make an adoption plan, will you help me find parents?
No. We are not a placement agency. We will refer you to licensed placement agencies.
